Streetballpickup.com was a site that I developed whilst at university. It allowed basketball players all over the UK to suggest outdoor basketball courts and to arrange 'pickup games' on them
The site was successful and had over 1,500 user acounts and 200 basketball courts, 70 of which had photographs and detailed information provided. Unfortunately, changes in employment meant that I was gradually dedicating less and less time maintaining this personal project, and combined with the fact that very similar sites had been developed, I regrettable took the site offline in 2008.
